The project is being developed in phases, allowing the different components of the master plan to be executed progressively. Noval Properties describes this phased approach as a way to coordinate infrastructure and the development of the different residential, hospitality, commercial, and recreational components.  One of the distinctive characteristics of CORALIA is the integration of a hotel component with the residential towers. The project includes a dedicated hotel tower and an international hotel operator is contemplated as part of the hospitality strategy.
